After two successful water weld project
the city of Ceegaag is ready to be urbanize, I am excited to
report the announcement of up coming extensive
infrastructure and urbanization plans. These plans will in
Tale state of the art utilities.
Example:
- Approximately 7
thousand square feet of paved stone sidewalk.
- 3 hectares of
green and leisure areas.
- 4 kilometer
electricity network.
- 2 kilometer water
supply network.
- Sustainable
sewage system mostly septic.
- 1 kilometer of
PVC pipes for rainwater drainage.
- A good
telecommunication structure with telephone and internet
services.
Urbanizations also
include a reservoir for collection rainwater with capacity
200 cubic meters. The water will serve to irrigate a green
park, using the drip irrigation system.
The green park includes a pedestrian
area with bituminous concrete floors, leisure equipment for
children, maintenance equipment for adults, and street
furniture such as benches and wastebaskets.
There is also a space reserved for the
construction of a restaurant and out door caf’e, in order to
make the maintenance of this park economically viable.
Altogether Ceegaag urbanization project is 600 hectares of
land with infrastructure, including 400 plots, 100 of which
are intended for construction of single-family homes. The
remaining plots of land are to be used for the contraction
of mixed use buildings.
