The first UN betrayal of the Somali Nation and the Horn occurred in 1963 when it recognized the so called OAU charter which violated and defeated the UN charter since the so called regional charter (enslaving conspiracy) legalized and perpetuated the dividedness and the continued colonialism of the Somali nation, while on the opposite hand, the UN charter demanded an end to colonialism/slavery and the freedom of the Somali and all other nations in unity (see conflicting articles below).

THE UN ARTICLE Nr. 2 WHICH IS VIOLIATED AND DEFEATED BY THE AU ARTICLE Nr. 3:

2.To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;

THE OAU/AU ARTICLE Nr. 3 WHICH IS DEFEATING THE ABOVE UN ARTICLE Nr.2:

3. Respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of each State and for its inalienable right to independent existence.

UN betrayal of the Somali Nation number two is probably in progress now again since invasion approvals are being given to all neighboring Christian communities under which more than a half of the Somali nation was already humiliated in colonial agency. The approvals have neither clear mandate and supervision nor clear time limit. Just go and do and stay as you please. Thus bomb kids and call them terrorists.

THIS OUGHT TO START THE HORN SPRING WHICH SHOULD BE  SO STRONG AS THE  ARAB SPRING.

Sooner or later Somalis shall have to make the UN feel too little an entity to appear in court for the betrayals.

Otherwise, the UN knows very well that the solution on the Horn is re-uniting the Somali nation of five parts  (two of the Somali Republic, Djibouti, part under Ethiopia called Ogaden, and the fifth part NFD under Kenya) in a federal system with a rotating presidency, and then as a step two of the Roadmap, creating a common market for the region in which none feels neither landlocked (the source of all these wars) nor humiliated and colonized by Christian neighbors and thus citizens would fish and farm together.

So the UN has the choice: Perform the right solution which we all know, or prepare for the court procedures curving right on the corner!

The world is not so dump that it does not know the solution to the Horn problems, but the gang group of nations which dominates the rest does not want an end to the sufferings of the region just for conserving the resources of the region, which means that the dump are the masses of the region who never examine their situation and future correctly. The masses should start understanding that they enslaved against each other and none of the communities, both Muslims and Christians, is free.

We hope that our neighbors would soon end their being slaves under Western mastership and being used for enslaving their neighboring Muslim Somalis. They should re-unite the Somalis in federal system with rotating presidency and prime minister and then create an open common market for the region. And that is it!
